The Role

As Manager you will support the Senior Manager and Associate Director by leading a team responsible for the administration of a complex and varied client portfolio You will drive operational excellence oversee day-to-day activity and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Lead a client administration team managing a diverse portfolio of private wealth clients


• Ensure clients are appropriately allocated across the team with clear cover during absences


• Support smooth onboarding of new business and efficient integration into the portfolio


• Help deliver revenue targets manage billable utilisation and oversee debtor collection performance


• Interview recruit and support the ongoing development of team members

About You

You bring strong leadership capabilities and the technical depth needed for a senior client-facing role in the trust and corporate services sector.

• CGI or STEP Diploma qualified or holding a relevant professional qualification


• Understanding of the legal framework for trust company business


• Experience interpreting trust and company legal documents


• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
