Looking to return to an office environment and join a supportive, close-knit team This Archiving Administrator opportunity could be your perfect fit.

The Role

Play a vital part in the efficient management of archived records and essential office administration.


  • Review and update the Records Management database to identify records for action

  • Liaise with third parties regarding offsite data storage

  • Prepare and distribute internal documentation for Senior Director authorisation

  • Produce reports for management information

  • Manage deletion of electronic records from internal systems

  • Scan records and verify accuracy as required

  • Carry out other reasonable administrative tasks as needed



About You

You�ll be detail-oriented and proactive, ready to make a meaningful contribution from day one.


  • Experience in an administrative role

  • Good understanding of GDPR

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Confident data analysis capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues and senior management

  • Discreet and diplomatic with a team-focused attitude

  • Happy to lift and redistribute archive boxes
