Support and enhance cloud services while ensuring high standards in service delivery and infrastructure operations.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues for both internal systems and customers
- Troubleshoot problems using technical expertise and structured methodologies
- Provision, adjust and recover cloud-based customer services
- Manage third-party support cases and escalate when necessary
- Contribute to continuous service improvements and project delivery
- Balance day-to-day operations with ongoing project commitments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and data protection requirements
About You
A technically skilled team player with a passion for troubleshooting and customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, virtualisation, networking and security
- Experience with backup and replication technologies
- Associate level qualification such as CCNA or VCA or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and DNS
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous in systems administration, ideally within a service provider environment
- Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Understanding of ITIL, ISO27001 and PCI-DSS is an advantage
