Are you ready to step into a senior leadership role where you can make a real impact on financial crime prevention across an international business.

The Role

Lead our financial crime function and guide the strategic direction of AML efforts across the Group.


  • Act as MLRO for Isle of Man-regulated entities and oversee the financial crime framework group-wide

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Financial Crime team

  • Design and deliver group-wide financial crime strategies aligned with business goals

  • Provide expert advice and challenge to senior management on all financial crime matters

  • Ensure effective management of SARs and accurate reporting to relevant authorities

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain robust policies and documentation

  • Support and deliver training to enhance awareness of financial crime risks across the Group

  • Engage with industry bodies and represent the Group at regulatory meetings

  • Work closely with Compliance Risk and Internal Audit to support a strong control environment



About You

We are looking for a confident leader with expert knowledge in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.


  • A recognised qualification in AML Financial Crime or Compliance or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience in a similar senior financial crime or compliance role

  • Strong technical knowledge of Isle of Man UK and EU regulatory frameworks

  • Experienced in developing and implementing financial crime strategies and frameworks

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • Comfortable working with regulatory authorities and external bodies

  • Excellent communication report writing and analytical skills

  • Committed to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
