Lead our financial crime function and guide the strategic direction of AML efforts across the Group.
- Act as MLRO for Isle of Man-regulated entities and oversee the financial crime framework group-wide
- Lead and develop a high-performing Financial Crime team
- Design and deliver group-wide financial crime strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide expert advice and challenge to senior management on all financial crime matters
- Ensure effective management of SARs and accurate reporting to relevant authorities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain robust policies and documentation
- Support and deliver training to enhance awareness of financial crime risks across the Group
- Engage with industry bodies and represent the Group at regulatory meetings
- Work closely with Compliance Risk and Internal Audit to support a strong control environment
About You
We are looking for a confident leader with expert knowledge in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.
- A recognised qualification in AML Financial Crime or Compliance or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar senior financial crime or compliance role
- Strong technical knowledge of Isle of Man UK and EU regulatory frameworks
- Experienced in developing and implementing financial crime strategies and frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Comfortable working with regulatory authorities and external bodies
- Excellent communication report writing and analytical skills
