Join a leading organisation committed to protecting personal data and shaping the future of data privacy on a 6 month contract position.

The Role

Take ownership of day-to-day data privacy operations and make a lasting impact on regulatory compliance.


  • Implement and enhance data privacy governance across the business

  • Provide expert guidance on privacy legislation and the Groups policies

  • Support legal entity Data Privacy Officer in operationalising privacy strategies and incident response plans

  • Conduct privacy risk assessments and help drive mitigation plans

  • Lead reporting on audits, assessments and system changes

  • Collaborate with data privacy teams, legal, IT and stakeholders on compliance and risk issues

  • Participate in Privacy Impact Assessments and contribute to Group regulatory alignment

  • Run training, provide advisory support and assist with regulator communications



About You

You are a proactive privacy professional who thrives in collaborative environments and excels in compliance, governance and regulatory frameworks.


  • Degree in Information Technology or Law required; postgraduate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a similar role plus experience in data privacy within financial services

  • Understanding of data protection legislation and cross-border privacy risks

  • Experience in audit, process improvement and risk management

  • Strong communicator with analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Familiar with privacy tools, reporting dashboards and automation concepts

  • Knowledge of legal frameworks, including FRS 102 and regulatory universes
