The Reward
- Assist with second line of defence compliance monitoring activity
- Ensure higher-risk areas are reviewed more frequently
- Gather evidence, draft reports and track testing outcomes
- Support the resolution and closure of any identified deficiencies
- Assist with annual reviews of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Compliance Registers
- Manage the Risk & Compliance section of entity close-offs and transfers
- Keep up to date with internal procedures and regulatory requirements <

- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident in presenting information clearly and concisely
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Keen to pursue a career in finance and willing to study for a relevant qualification
