Description

Support risk-based monitoring and centralised business functions across a global private client services division.


  • Assist with second line of defence compliance monitoring activity

  • Ensure higher-risk areas are reviewed more frequently

  • Gather evidence, draft reports and track testing outcomes

  • Support the resolution and closure of any identified deficiencies

  • Assist with annual reviews of the Compliance Monitoring Programme

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Compliance Registers

  • Manage the Risk & Compliance section of entity close-offs and transfers

  • Keep up to date with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Confident in presenting information clearly and concisely

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English

  • Keen to pursue a career in finance and willing to study for a relevant qualification
