The Reward

Play a key role in the financial leadership of a UK-focused industrial and logistics property fund.
- Prepare quarterly consolidations and calculate the funds unit price
- Prepare consolidated and company financial statements under FRS 102
- Coordinate and manage audits for group and individual entities
- Prepare and submit UK and Isle of Man tax returns
- Provide effective management of the Senior Accountant
About You
You will be an experienced finance professional who is detail-oriented, proactive and confident in managing complex group structures.
- Professionally qualified ACA or ACCA
- Strong knowledge of consolidations and FRS 102
- Understanding of UK capital allowances and corporation tax
- Experience with Construction Industry Scheme reporting advantageous
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERPs, ideally NetSuite
