- Oversee day-to-day operations of the trust and corporate services team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Isle of Man regulatory frameworks
- Uphold high standards of client service delivery and satisfaction
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Supervise, coach and lead a team of TCSP professionals
- Oversee risk management and contribute to business development strategy
About You
You are a hands-on, strategic leader with extensive industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.
- Proven senior leadership experience within a TCSP, fiduciary, legal or financial services environment
- In-depth understanding of Isle of Man regulatory and compliance frameworks including AML, CFT, CRS and FATCA
- Track record of success in operational management and multi-client service delivery
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, STEP or CGI) required
- Strong technical expertise in complex corporate and trust structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Viewpoint or similar governance platforms
- Collaborative, transparent and adaptable leadership style
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
