Description

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time? Our client is looking for a motivated and methodical Statutory and Compliance Administrator to join their busy team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

Support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic compliance and statutory department


  • Assist with client due diligence assessments and ongoing monitoring

  • Prepare and review customer risk assessments

  • Carry out sanctions, PEP and transaction screening

  • Support compliance monitoring reviews and maintain regulatory registers

  • Help review internal policies, procedures and manuals

  • Assist with company incorporations, dissolutions and Companies Registry filings

  • Maintain accurate statutory records for client entities

  • Support data collection for regulatory reporting



About You

You will be organised, detail-focused and thrive on working to high standards in a collaborative team.


  • Good knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and the Rule Book

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively

  • Experience in a similar compliance and statutory role

  • Basic knowledge of GDPR and how to handle sensitive information

  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Ideally working towards or holding a relevant compliance qualification
