Ready to step into a professional legal setting with full training and support included? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Legal Personal Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team.

The Role
Support two busy legal departments and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Advocates in both Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial teams

  • Type and format legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism

  • Support document filing, photocopying and general case management

  • Assist with billing and time-recording processes

  • Help prepare files for ongoing casework



About You
You'll bring strong admin skills and a willingness to learn, no legal experience needed

  • Previous Administrative support experience is essential

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Organised and reliable with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly

  • Positive attitude and a keen interest in growing within a legal environment
