We're looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join a professional estate agency team in a modern office environment.

The Role

Be the welcoming face at the front desk while keeping everything running smoothly.


  • Greet visitors and manage the reception area

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism

  • Handle clerical duties including filing and data entry

  • Manage appointments and respond to enquiries

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations



About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house role and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.


  • Proficient in phone etiquette and receptionist duties

  • Strong clerical skills including accurate data entry

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience in property or the property market is advantageous

  • Previous experience in reception and administration required
