The Role

Own and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish


  • Manage both standard and complex administration tasks with accuracy

  • Take full ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution

  • Communicate professionally with clients advisers and stakeholders via phone email and letter

  • Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and standards

  • Contribute to the improvement of team procedures and customer outcomes

  • Support colleagues through training and knowledge sharing

  • Work collaboratively to meet team goals and contribute to wider business success



About You
You will be a confident communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for great service


  • Previous experience in life assurance or financial services is essential

  • Excellent attention to detail with good organisational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
