- Manage both standard and complex administration tasks with accuracy
- Take full ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution
- Communicate professionally with clients advisers and stakeholders via phone email and letter
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and standards
- Contribute to the improvement of team procedures and customer outcomes
- Support colleagues through training and knowledge sharing
- Work collaboratively to meet team goals and contribute to wider business success
About You
You will be a confident communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for great service
- Previous experience in life assurance or financial services is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
