Are you ready to step into a vital compliance role where detail matters and your input helps shape risk strategy across a global group? Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their Centralised Functions Assurance Team.

The Role

Support compliance excellence across international private client services.


  • Assist in conducting risk-based monitoring across all areas of the Private Client Services business

  • Ensure monitoring aligns with jurisdictional Business Risk Assessments

  • Support the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and ensure testing is carried out correctly

  • Focus more frequently on higher-risk areas as required

  • Help identify deficiencies and support timely remediation

  • Gather evidence draft reports and track testing outcomes

  • Assist with annual reviews and updates to the Compliance Monitoring Programme

  • Stay up to date with relevant laws regulations and internal policies

  • Meet CPD requirements and attend relevant industry seminars



About You

You will be analytical organised and passionate about upholding compliance standards.


  • Hold or be working towards an ICA or relevant compliance qualification

  • Experience in compliance monitoring or audit is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on proactive and adaptable approach

  • Collaborative team player who supports shared success
