About You

You have the experience and communication skills to thrive in a busy contact centre environment.


  • Previous experience in Life Assurance ideally within a call centre setting

  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner

  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

  • Confident interpersonal skills and a team focused mindset
