Description

Take ownership of new business applications on a 6 month contact basis and help shape first impressions with outstanding service and attention to detail.

The Role

Play a key role in the onboarding journey for offshore bond customers.


  • Process new business applications and related customer requests within service level agreements

  • Resolve a variety of adviser and customer queries for both IOM and Dublin offices

  • Make accurate risk-based decisions to ensure customer and business protection

  • Meet quality and productivity performance benchmarks

  • Collaborate across departments to improve customer experience and service delivery

  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to their implementation

  • Support knowledge sharing across the wider team and take initiative in your development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving ability with a methodical approach

  • Adaptable and open to learning and change

  • Previous experience in life assurance or financial services is beneficial

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
