Play a key role in the onboarding journey for offshore bond customers.
- Process new business applications and related customer requests within service level agreements
- Resolve a variety of adviser and customer queries for both IOM and Dublin offices
- Make accurate risk-based decisions to ensure customer and business protection
- Meet quality and productivity performance benchmarks
- Collaborate across departments to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to their implementation
- Support knowledge sharing across the wider team and take initiative in your development
