Home & Broadband Product Manager, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Home and Broadband Product Manager to shape the future of broadband and home services across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

The Role

You will lead the strategy and delivery of market leading broadband and home service products.

• Manage the end to end lifecycle of fixed broadband, home phone and value added services including gaming, content and smart home propositions


• Drive customer adoption of fibre services and lead retention, migration and upsell strategies


• Own product roadmaps, customer journeys and performance KPIs


• Collaborate with commercial, technical, regulatory and customer teams to launch compelling propositions


• Set and deliver multi year product strategies and annual operating plans


• Analyse performance data and market insight to inform decisions and optimise growth


• Manage supplier relationships to ensure value, compliance and service continuity

About You

You will bring strong product management expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within telecoms, broadband or related sectors


• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering measurable results


• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, markets and regulatory landscapes


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results driven approach


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work cross functionally and influence at all levels
