Join a dynamic Facilities team where your admin skills will help keep things running smoothly and efficiently across a busy site.

The Role

Be the backbone of day to day Facilities Management operations.


  • Provide admin support including data entry, scheduling, filing and document management

  • Be the first point of contact for internal FM queries like maintenance requests or room bookings

  • Log and track reactive and planned maintenance jobs

  • Assist with procurement by raising purchase orders and processing invoices

  • Keep accurate records of contracts, assets and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate on site contractors including access and sign in procedures

  • Support health and safety tracking such as training records and audits

  • Prepare notices, email updates and basic reports to support communication

  • Help with space management and room changeovers when needed



About You

You will be organised, approachable and ready to hit the ground running.


  • Previous admin or office support experience

  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Confident with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in Facilities or property environments is a bonus

  • Knowledge of FM software or helpdesk systems is desirable

  • Basic understanding of workplace health and safety is helpful
