Be the backbone of day to day Facilities Management operations.
- Provide admin support including data entry, scheduling, filing and document management
- Be the first point of contact for internal FM queries like maintenance requests or room bookings
- Log and track reactive and planned maintenance jobs
- Assist with procurement by raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Keep accurate records of contracts, assets and compliance documentation
- Coordinate on site contractors including access and sign in procedures
- Support health and safety tracking such as training records and audits
- Prepare notices, email updates and basic reports to support communication
- Help with space management and room changeovers when needed
About You
You will be organised, approachable and ready to hit the ground running.
- Previous admin or office support experience
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Facilities or property environments is a bonus
- Knowledge of FM software or helpdesk systems is desirable
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety is helpful
