Be part of a fast paced and detail driven payments team where your accuracy and organisation will ensure payroll services run smoothly for our clients.

The Role

You will manage the payroll payments process from start to finish ensuring every transaction is accurate and on time.


  • Processing payments for client payrolls with precision

  • Setting up salary payments

  • Maintaining up to date client payroll employee and bank records

  • Ensuring contributions are paid to the appropriate Government bodies accurately and on time

  • Monitoring client bank accounts for incoming funds

  • Updating internal systems with all payment activity

  • Identifying and reporting unknown sources of funds

  • Preparing detailed payments reports

  • Acting as first point of contact for payment queries internally

  • Supporting the Payroll Manager with ad hoc projects

  • Reporting monthly on client accounts with feedback on any issues

  • Carrying out payshare and payroll checks



About You

You will have a keen eye for detail strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure with accuracy.


  • Experience in a payments administration position within banking or a similar environment

  • Knowledge of banking and payment systems

  • Excellent attention to detail time management and accuracy

  • Knowledge of payments processing and systems

  • High levels of IT proficiency and numerical accuracy

  • Payroll administration experience desirable
