Description

Join a busy and dynamic payroll team where your attention to detail and organisational skills will help us deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

The Role

You will manage the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of clients ensuring accuracy and compliance every time.


  • Accurate and efficient processing of payrolls

  • Liaising with clients on amendments reports and funds

  • Distributing payslips

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records

  • Acting as first point of contact for client queries

  • Preparing and submitting year end returns including Benefits in Kind

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge on regulatory requirements

  • Ensuring contributions are paid to the appropriate Government bodies accurately and on time



About You

You will be organised proactive and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.


  • Previous experience within a payroll environment desirable

  • Previous experience of using payroll systems desirable

  • Highly organised and self-motivated

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Awareness of Data Protection and FSA legislation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including Maths and English
