You will manage the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of clients ensuring accuracy and compliance every time.
- Accurate and efficient processing of payrolls
- Liaising with clients on amendments reports and funds
- Distributing payslips
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Acting as first point of contact for client queries
- Preparing and submitting year end returns including Benefits in Kind
- Maintaining up to date knowledge on regulatory requirements
- Ensuring contributions are paid to the appropriate Government bodies accurately and on time
About You
You will be organised proactive and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Previous experience within a payroll environment desirable
- Previous experience of using payroll systems desirable
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Awareness of Data Protection and FSA legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including Maths and English
