- Support recruitment including CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries ensuring effective communication and support
- Maintain accurate employee records and uphold compliance with employment legislation
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration providing accurate and timely support
- Coordinate training and professional development opportunities
- Prepare HR reports and presentations while supporting strategic initiatives

- Previous experience within HR operations
- Good understanding of HR practices and policies
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- IT proficiency including Microsoft 365 applications
- Hold a professional HR qualification
