An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated HR Co-Ordinator to play a key part in delivering a smooth and supportive HR service.

The Role

This role will give you the chance to make a real impact across the employee lifecycle.


  • Support recruitment including CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries ensuring effective communication and support

  • Maintain accurate employee records and uphold compliance with employment legislation

  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration providing accurate and timely support

  • Coordinate training and professional development opportunities

  • Prepare HR reports and presentations while supporting strategic initiatives



About You

We are looking for someone with proven HR experience who thrives in a busy and varied role.


  • Previous experience within HR operations
  • Good understanding of HR practices and policies

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration

  • IT proficiency including Microsoft 365 applications

  • Hold a professional HR qualification
