Take charge of key investment processes and lead a team that delivers exceptional service to policyholders
- Oversee account opening, AML requests, standing data, dividends, corporate actions, and assignment splits
- Execute investment transactions in line with service standards and governance regulations
- Process dividends, corporate actions, asset reviews, due diligence, and assignment splits
- Coordinate corporate action notifications and responses with policyholders and advisers
- Ensure timely settlement of investment transactions and accurate administration of custodian accounts
- Provide training and coaching to team members to support management goals
- Maintain technical knowledge to facilitate rotation within investment operations teams
About You
Bring your diligence, leadership and proactive attitude to excel in a fast-paced investment operation environment
- Proven people leader with at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent attention to detail and conscientious work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- CISI Introduction to Securities, desirable but not mandatory
