- Process client and IFA requests within specified servicing times
- Identify problems and provide solutions wherever possible
- Assist in monitoring team workload and checking work using the department matrix
- Mentor and develop new team members, providing feedback for performance reviews
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive administrator with excellent customer service skills who can thrive in a team environment
- Previous experience in Offshore Life Assurance
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML/KYC
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Team player with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
