The Role

Play a key part in delivering seamless client experiences and operational excellence


  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients companies and third parties

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines

  • Support client service initiatives and efficiency projects

  • Maintain accurate client data records including complex trust structures

  • Process outward surrender payments in line with company policies

  • Develop a strong understanding of Capital International Groups products

  • Offer support to team members including reception desk cover

  • Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures and guidelines

  • Contribute to wider teams and projects as required

  • Previous experience within financial services, preferably within a client centric role

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing

  • Proactive and committed to delivering exceptional service

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Creative approach to challenges with flexible thinking

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and open to learning new systems

  • Committed to compliance and regulatory best practices
