- Provide outstanding customer service to clients companies and third parties
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Support client service initiatives and efficiency projects
- Maintain accurate client data records including complex trust structures
- Process outward surrender payments in line with company policies
- Develop a strong understanding of Capital International Groups products
- Offer support to team members including reception desk cover
- Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures and guidelines
- Contribute to wider teams and projects as required
About You

- Previous experience within financial services, preferably within a client centric role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
- Proactive and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative approach to challenges with flexible thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and open to learning new systems
