Join our team as a Process Analyst and play a vital role in shaping smarter, faster and more efficient ways of working that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

The Role

You will drive process improvements, working across teams to deliver innovation and operational excellence.

  • Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

  • Redesign processes to reduce timelines, remove waste, and improve first-point resolution

  • Identify opportunities for digital tools and robotic process automation to enhance workflows

  • Document updated procedures and process maps ensuring clarity and best practice

  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting of key account information such as assets under management and in-flight transactions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to improve visibility of key transactions

  • Support smooth rollout of workflow implementations and procedural improvements



About You

You will be an innovative thinker with a passion for efficiency and a strong background in process improvement.


  • Previous experience within the life industry

  • Proven background in process analysis, documentation, and improvement

  • Knowledge of risk and compliance requirements within financial services

  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement qualification desirable

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

  • Creative problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
