Description

Join a dynamic Internal Audit team and make a real impact on risk management, governance, and business process improvement while covering maternity leave. This is a contract role, for up to nine months

The Role

Play a key part in delivering high-quality, commercially focused audits that protect the business and add value


  • Provide direct support to the IA Senior Manager in delivering the annual internal audit plan

  • Promote effective internal controls and risk management across the business

  • Deliver audits in line with Group methodology, managing client expectations

  • Evaluate processes, fraud risk, and governance structures, following up on previous issues

  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, including Audit Committee packs



About You

We are looking for a qualified or near-qualified auditor with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships


  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIIA)

  • Experience in executing risk-based assurance work

  • Understanding and experience of internal control, risk management and governance

  • Ability to analyse, solve problems, and contribute effectively to a team environment
