The Role

Taking the lead in a dynamic, multi-functional team, you will ensure smooth operations, strong compliance and exceptional client service




  • Set clear team and individual goals aligned to business objectives

  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure productive workflow

  • Provide mentorship and training to enhance team performance

  • Identify and address training needs in areas such as customer care and AML compliance

  • Promote continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving

  • Monitor team performance, reporting on key metrics and ensuring accountability



About You

With a strong background in financial services and natural leadership ability, you will motivate your team to achieve success while upholding the highest standards of compliance and client care




  • Proven experience leading a team to deliver business objectives

  • Clear understanding of AML, KYC, CDD and EDD regulations

  • Experience in a financial or regulated environment

  • Effective leadership, motivational and communication abilities
