An exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of Company members while ensuring high satisfaction and commercial success.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 Silver Gold and Platinum members with proactive engagement at least every two months via call online meeting or visit
 - Personally onboard newly converted leads ensuring a smooth and engaging start to membership
 - Design and deliver a three month engagement plan to maximise activation usage and loyalty during the critical early phase
 - Attend member events networking forums and workshops to support regional growth initiatives
 
About You
You will be a confident relationship builder with commercial acumen and a proven ability to retain members and grow revenue.
- Proven relationship or account management experience ideally B2B or membership-based
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging SME owners and directors
 - Track record of member or client retention and revenue growth
 - Commercial acumen to identify and convert upsell and cross sell opportunities
