The Role
This is an exciting leadership position where you will take the reins of a talented Commercial Team and play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and boost revenues across multiple platforms

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and sales strategies aligned with business goals

  • Drive revenue growth across print, digital and events platforms

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing key client relationships

  • Analyse market trends to uncover new avenues for growth

  • Deliver sales targets and maximise profitability across all brands

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Commercial Team to achieve success

  • Collaborate with senior management to support the delivery of company-wide commercial goals


About You
You will be an experienced and inspiring sales professional with a proven track record in leading successful teams and achieving outstanding results in a fast paced, ever evolving environment

  • Strong experience in sales management, ideally within media or advertising

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving results

  • Adaptable, commercially minded and confident in identifying growth opportunities

  • Proven success in building networks and developing new business
