Join our clients dynamic team as a Payroll Administrator and play a key role in delivering seamless payroll services that keep everything running like clockwork

The Role
A fast paced and rewarding position where accuracy and efficiency take centre stage

  • Accurate and efficient processing of payrolls for a portfolio of clients

  • Liaising with clients on amendments, reports, and funding requirements

  • Distributing payslips and maintaining up-to-date payroll records

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client payroll queries

  • Preparing and submitting year-end returns including Benefits in Kind

  • Ensuring all contributions are submitted to the appropriate Government bodies accurately and on time
  • Supporting the wider team with any additional payroll tasks as required



About You
You will bring precision, professionalism, and a passion for getting the details right

  • Experience within a payroll environment is desirable

  • Previous experience using payroll systems would be advantageous

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload

  • Strong communicator confident engaging at all levels

  • Knowledge of Data Protection and FSA legislation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English
