The Role
A fast paced and rewarding position where accuracy and efficiency take centre stage
- Accurate and efficient processing of payrolls for a portfolio of clients
- Liaising with clients on amendments, reports, and funding requirements
- Distributing payslips and maintaining up-to-date payroll records
- Acting as the first point of contact for client payroll queries
- Preparing and submitting year-end returns including Benefits in Kind
- Ensuring all contributions are submitted to the appropriate Government bodies accurately and on time
- Supporting the wider team with any additional payroll tasks as required
About You
You will bring precision, professionalism, and a passion for getting the details right
- Experience within a payroll environment is desirable
- Previous experience using payroll systems would be advantageous
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Strong communicator confident engaging at all levels
- Knowledge of Data Protection and FSA legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English
- Work with a supportive and collaborative team in a fast-moving environment
