The Role
- Client Engagement - support the initiation and maintenance of relationships with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, meetings, and events. Develop a sound understanding of aviation services and be able to discuss them confidently with clients
 - Lead Management, assist with tracking, qualifying and nurturing business leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up process
 - Market Research, conduct research into industry trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities to help inform outreach strategies
 - Proposal Support, prepare presentations, pitch materials and tailored proposals for meetings and tenders
 - Event Participation, represent the business at networking events, trade shows and client meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen connections, either alongside the business development team or independently
 - Internal Collaboration, work closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of business development plans
 
About You
- Educated to degree level
 - Experience in networking (formal or informal) with prior exposure to aviation industry business development, sales or networking environments
 - Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
 - Personable, approachable and naturally engaging, with a talent for building rapport and trust quickly
 - Quick learner with the ability to adapt, absorb new information and respond to changing priorities
 - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records
 - Proactive mindset, takes initiative, contributes ideas and thrives in a collaborative team setting
 - Takes ownership of personal development and demonstrates accountability
 - Highly motivated to deliver exceptional service
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
