Claims and Renewals Advisor, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Our client is seeking an experienced and customer focused Claims and Renewals Advisor to join their growing team, supporting clients with care, efficiency and expertise across a wide range of insurance services

The Role
You will take ownership of claims and renewals, ensuring every client receives an exceptional service

• Handle insurance claims from first notification through to resolution across motor, household, travel and commercial lines


• Guide clients through each stage of the claims process with empathy and professionalism


• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and third parties to achieve fair outcomes


• Verify policy coverage, review documentation and escalate complex cases when required


• Proactively manage policy renewals, reviewing client needs and offering tailored solutions


• Provide quotes, explain options and negotiate terms to secure continued coverage


• Conduct Customer Due Diligence and AML checks in line with regulations


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience

About You
You'll be a confident communicator who thrives on delivering excellent service while managing a varied workload

• Strong communication and relationship building skills


• Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving ability


• Proven experience in a customer-oriented or administrative role


• Background in insurance or financial services


• Knowledge of claims handling and policy renewals


• Understanding of regulatory compliance, AML and Customer Due Diligence procedures


• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
