Description

A leading international private wealth group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to guide the delivery of financial obligations across multiple jurisdictions while shaping strategic development and leading a high performing finance team

The Role
Centres on financial leadership regulatory oversight and strong control across a complex multi entity environment

  • Lead and develop the finance team promoting a culture of continuous improvement

  • Manage Group Annual Report and Accounts including external audit relationships and senior stakeholder engagement

  • Deliver Group and subsidiary management accounts with detailed expenditure monitoring and variance analysis

  • Manage the annual budget and reforecast cycle including Board presentation


About You
Brings extensive technical expertise leadership capability and experience within regulated financial services

  • Qualified accountant ACCA ACA or equivalent with relevant industry experience

  • Previous experience in life insurance or investments is essential

  • Strong and current knowledge of IFRS

  • Proven people management and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high performing teams
