- Lead and develop the finance team promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage Group Annual Report and Accounts including external audit relationships and senior stakeholder engagement
- Deliver Group and subsidiary management accounts with detailed expenditure monitoring and variance analysis
- Manage the annual budget and reforecast cycle including Board presentation
About You
Brings extensive technical expertise leadership capability and experience within regulated financial services
- Qualified accountant ACCA ACA or equivalent with relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in life insurance or investments is essential
- Strong and current knowledge of IFRS
- Proven people management and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high performing teams
