Join a professional team managing complex multi-jurisdictional entities and supporting statutory compliance across jurisdictions.

The Role

A hands on and varied position managing the full lifecycle of trusts and companies across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Manage all aspects of statutory administration from incorporation through to liquidation

  • Handle incorporations name reservations and drafting of constitutional documents

  • Coordinate liquidations dissolutions and migrations in and out of jurisdiction

  • Maintain and file statutory registers including directors charges and beneficial ownership

  • Prepare and submit annual returns confirmation statements and statutory filings across jurisdictions

  • Draft minutes resolutions statutory declarations and jurisdiction specific documentation

  • Maintain company records due diligence files and statutory registers

  • Arrange notarisation and apostille of documents when required

  • Process statutory payments agent fees and registry charges

  • Manage portal based filings ensuring deadlines are met

  • Support compliance workflows including risk reviews tax residency checks and regulatory returns

  • Liaise with clients advisors intermediaries and internal stakeholders

  • Produce statutory and compliance reports and support ad hoc projects

  • Monitor entity onboarding and closure workflows to ensure timely completion



About You

A detail focused statutory administrator who thrives in a collaborative and international environment.


  • Previous experience in statutory administration of multi-jurisdictional companies

  • Knowledge of statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions

  • Trust administration experience considered an advantage

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to work

  • Confident communicator able to work with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions

  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload

  • Proficient in MS Office with strong administrative systems skills

  • A proactive team player able to work independently when required
