The Role

Lead, inspire and deliver a full spectrum of HR services across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Manage and develop the HR team ensuring effective delivery across the full employee lifecycle

  • Drive alignment of HR standards, policies and practices balancing local legislation with best practice

  • Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and succession to support business strategy

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management

  • Lead employee engagement, wellbeing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives

  • Manage appraisal, learning and development processes ensuring capability building and progression

  • Govern reward frameworks and HR operations ensuring compliance and efficiency

  • Support organisational change and design initiatives to improve effectiveness



About You

A skilled HR professional with proven experience leading teams and delivering strategic and operational HR across complex environments.


  • MCIPD qualified

  • Previous broad, generalist HR experience in a fast-paced commercial environment

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions

  • Proven ability to advise and coach managers on complex people matters

  • Experience managing and developing HR teams

  • Confident, credible and able to challenge constructively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively

  • Strong IT and HR systems capability
