- Prepare and process client timesheets invoices and expenses
- Allocate funds received from agencies to individual client accounts
- Manage client payroll ensuring all deductions are correctly calculated and applied
- Maintain up-to-date client records
- Submit pension files to providers on a regular basis
- Handle payroll-related queries within agreed service level timelines
- Work independently and efficiently in a high-volume dynamic environment
About You
You are a proactive and numerate payroll professional with experience in contractor payroll and a good understanding of UK tax regulations pensions and statutory deductions.
- Previous experience in contractor payroll
- Solid understanding of payroll operations statutory deductions and pension contributions
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and competent with multiple systems
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Enjoys a fast-paced varied workload and can identify issues and propose solutions
