The Role

A pivotal position managing client reviews statutory compliance and onboarding processes across the business.


  • Carry out periodic reviews of the client base and other group entities as required

  • Check client files for completeness accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures

  • Identify action points monitor completion and highlight trends to management and the board

  • Spot unusual patterns in client activity and escalate as appropriate including internal suspicious activity reports

  • Manage onboarding documentation for new clients and monitor closure processes

  • Prepare reports on review processes action points and statistics for management and the board

  • Carry out statutory administration including entity setup closures liquidations redomiciliation and filings across multiple jurisdictions

  • Contribute to development of function procedures ensuring consistency and compliance

  • Stay updated on statutory regulatory and legal changes impacting the role

  • Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders and provide support across administration and compliance teams



About You

You are an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance and client service.


  • Proven previous industry experience preferably in company and trust administration

  • Advanced knowledge of global business and fiduciary services and related products

  • Sound understanding of Isle of Man regulatory requirements and AML frameworks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results

  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude

  • Excellent time management prioritisation and organisational skills

  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

  • Experience with Viewpoint an advantage
