The Role
A varied and detail focused role supporting day to day financial operations and controls.


  • Process outgoing payments on behalf of group companies

  • Communicate with vendors throughout the payment process

  • Provide payment processing support to internal departments

  • Review accounts payable and accounts receivable processing accurately

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences across general ledger accounts

  • Support compliance with financial policies procedures and risk management controls

  • Respond to queries from servicing areas relating to financial operations

  • Ensure financial operations activities are delivered to agreed standards

  • Maintain and review financial control frameworks across financial operations

  • Provide guidance and technical support to colleagues on financial operations processes

  • Assist with implementing internal and external audit recommendations



About You

You bring a proactive and organised approach with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role

  • Experience in analysis problem solving or technical writing

  • Open and collaborative mindset with strong relationship building skills

  • Self motivated with strong time management and organisational skills

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of compliance and prevention of money laundering

  • Understanding of financial processes supporting regulatory reporting

  • Relevant qualification in financial processing preferred

  • Experience working with compliance and control frameworks

  • Experience using banking payment systems

  • Competent in Microsoft Word Outlook SharePoint and Excel at intermediate to advanced level

  • Relevant professional qualifications is advantageous
