A senior commercial and operational role driving global roaming capability across IoT and wholesale services.
- Lead the setup negotiation and implementation of roaming and eSIM profile agreements to deliver optimal global coverage
- Manage and renegotiate inter operator tariff and discount agreements with key roaming partners
- Oversee suppliers of roaming platforms DCH FCH and administrative services including procurement and re contracting
- Develop and recommend strategies to strengthen wholesale roaming capability in line with operating plans
- Produce monthly and annual financial accruals and manage the annual roaming cost budget
- Represent the organisation at industry forums including GSMA WAS meetings when required
- Provide insight and advice on roaming market trends IoT mobility eSIM technologies and regulatory change
- Prioritise and manage IREG testing activities for new networks platforms and technologies
- Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve roaming issues impacting IoT and wholesale partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory licensing data protection health and safety and information security requirements
About You
A commercially minded telecommunications professional with strong roaming expertise and a collaborative approach.
- Previous experience within telecommunications or a related industry
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience within roaming IoT or wholesale environments
- Solid understanding of roaming operations eSIM eUICC technologies and GSMA standards
- Experience working with roaming systems such as Roamsys
- Strong financial skills including budgeting forecasting and roaming cost management
- Technical knowledge of roaming technologies including 2G 3G 4G LTE M NB IoT RedCap and eSIM standards
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across commercial operational and technical teams
- Excellent communication organisational and decision making skills with a methodical approach
