A hands on developer role delivering high quality software across portals, APIs, integrations, and core business systems.
- Develop, maintain, and support .NET and C# based portals, APIs, and internal systems
- Build and enhance front end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Support integration with customer and partner platforms
- Work with backend services and data platforms including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Apache Kafka
- Contribute to CI and CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Support containerisation and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker Swarm
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, build, and roll out solutions
- Take part in a remunerated 24 x 7 emergency on call rota on a rotating basis
- Grow into wider areas of the platform as your experience develops
About You
You are a capable .NET developer who enjoys solving real world problems and shipping reliable software at pace.
- Previous experience in commercial software development
- Strong .NET and C# skills including MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, and Dapper
- Solid Angular experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis
- Strong Git skills with experience building and supporting CI and CD pipelines
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker Swarm
- Strong grasp of networking principles and protocols
- Comfortable supporting integrations with external systems
- Mobile telecoms, signalling, and IoT knowledge is a bonus
