Drive operational delivery across a fast paced trading business and keep priorities moving with pace, structure, and control.

The Role

A delivery focused leadership role owning cross functional workstreams that improve performance and execution.


  • Plan, manage, and deliver cross functional initiatives and transformation projects on time and within scope

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans with KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence

  • Track milestones and dependencies, secure stakeholder sign off, and manage delivery risks

  • Monitor performance, escalate issues early, and drive corrective actions

  • Own and improve core business processes by identifying inefficiencies, cost opportunities, risks, and control gaps

  • Implement sustainable process improvements and embed best practice ways of working

  • Standardise working methods across departments to improve consistency and efficiency

  • Maintain accuracy of documentation, reporting, and implementation outputs

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards

  • Provide clear, decision ready insights to leadership

  • Build strong cross department alignment through structured communication and milestone sign off

  • Develop comprehensive delivery plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets

  • Lead and motivate cross functional teams to deliver against agreed outcomes

  • Run meetings, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder communications

  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance metrics to senior management

  • Support process enhancements and efficiency initiatives through data gathering and analysis

  • Coordinate and track multiple workstreams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to drive alignment



About You

You bring structured delivery expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and a data led approach to operational improvement.


  • Analytical and data driven mindset with confidence interpreting and presenting performance metrics

  • Proven ability to manage initiatives from initiation through to closure

  • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing multiple deliverables at pace

  • Highly organised, detail focused, and structured in approach

  • Curious, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong problem solving and decision making capability

  • Balanced approach with independence in execution and alignment to leadership direction

  • Commodity trading knowledge is beneficial but not essential

  • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous

  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart is advantageous

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma is advantageous

  • Comfortable using delivery management tools such as MS Planner or similar

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or project management certifications are advantageous
