The Role

A fantastic opportunity to start your career in vessel operations and assist with day-to-day voyage management.


  • Support the team in keeping voyage schedules, instructions, and documentation accurate

  • Assist with communications between Chartering, Trading, and other teams on recaps, voyage instructions, and contractual requirements

  • Help monitor voyages including ETA, ETB, ETS updates, stowage plans, and bunker supply arrangements

  • Provide support with laytime calculations, freight and hire payments, and voyage closure schedules

  • Maintain professional communications with stakeholders including vessel owners, charterers, brokers, and agents



About You

Bring your operational expertise and attention to detail to ensure seamless vessel management.


  • Educated to degree level; a degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or a related field would be advantageous

  • An interest in logistics shipping, or supply chain operations or prior experience in a logistics related role would be beneficial

  • Strong organisational skills to manage data, ensure compliance, and oversee voyage execution details

  • Someone seeking an engaging career; proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a can do attitude to grow within a collaborative, technology-driven team environment

  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with some general office work experience

  • Resident in the Isle of Man
