Description

A relationship focused Account Manager role supporting UK advisers and sales teams while shaping strong partnerships and consistent service delivery.

The Role

A hands on position supporting new business activity and acting as a trusted link between advisers sales and internal teams.


  • Support Sales Teams and Advisers with new business applications in line with service standards

  • Provide sales administration support to sales and regional offices

  • Assist with product training for advisers and internal staff

  • Act as a conduit between advisers their operations teams and the New Business Team to resolve queries and issues

  • Operate as a subject matter expert on products open to new business

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to share feedback on product features and developments
  • Support networking and marketing events both locally and off island
  • Monitor sales activity and produce management information



About You

You bring strong product knowledge and a proactive approach to managing adviser relationships and competing priorities.


  • Working knowledge of new business and operational processes for international investment and life insurance products

  • Solid understanding of international investment and life insurance solutions

  • Experience working with and supporting product distributors

  • Strong problem solving capability with attention to detail

  • Clear confident communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time

  • Knowledge of UK Trust and Estate Planning structures would be advantageous

  • Knowledge of UK WRAP platforms and Discretionary Fund Managers would be advantageous
