This role plays a key part in delivering high quality service by resolving queries and supporting customers throughout their journey.
- Resolve customer and adviser queries across offshore bond products
- Process updates to client and IFA information including change of IFA and trustee updates
- Handle adviser fee related queries accurately and efficiently
- Support customers and advisers across the Isle of Man and Dublin offices
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards in line with team targets
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to their implementation
- Collaborate with teams across the wider business to support a joined up customer journey

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service capability with a proactive approach
- Logical and organised problem solver
- Confident self starter able to work with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and open to change within a transforming environment
- Strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and best practice
- Previous experience within a life assurance environment would be an advantage
- Minimum of five GCSEs at A to C or 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
