- Resolve customer and adviser queries across offshore bond new business for multiple locations
- Process customer applications and requests within agreed service levels
- Make risk based decisions to protect the business while delivering strong customer outcomes
- Maintain quality and productivity standards in line with team expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to service enhancements
- Capture and share customer needs feedback and insights to support service design
- Collaborate with colleagues across international and wider business areas to improve the end to end customer journey
- Take ownership of personal development and demonstrate a desire to progress

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident problem solver with a logical and organised approach

- Self starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- Experience within a life assurance environment is advantageous
- Minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C or 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
