- Resolve customer and adviser queries within agreed service levels for Offshore Bond claims
- Process customer withdrawal requests accurately while applying risk based decision making
- Maintain a strong focus on customer outcomes and service excellence throughout the claims journey
- Achieve and sustain quality scores above 90 percent and productivity scores above 95 percent
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support their implementation
- Capture and share customer needs requirements and feedback to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues across international and wider business teams to share best practice and remove silos
- Take ownership of personal development with a clear focus on career progression
About You

- Previous experience in Claims or Payments within financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Logical organised approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail
- Confident self starter who works well with limited supervision
- Adaptable and open to change within a transforming business
- Strong team player who contributes positively to shared goals
- Experience within a life assurance environment would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 A* to C or 9 to 4 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent
