- Deliver professional and responsive customer service to clients, companies and third parties
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, regulatory guidelines and required controls
- Support client service initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and improve the client journey
- Accurately update and maintain client data records from straightforward accounts to complex trust structures
- Process outward surrender payments in line with company policies
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings
- Provide support to colleagues including occasional reception desk cover
- Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures and guidelines at all times
- Undertake additional responsibilities across teams and projects as required
